Next February at The Houstonian Hotel cannot get here fast enough. ❤️

They paraded into the reception and never looked b They paraded into the reception and never looked back 🎶🔥 Henke & Pillot — one of Houston’s most soulful downtown venues, facing Market Square Park — was the perfect final act for Taylor & Mark’s unforgettable wedding day ✨ Delicious cocktails flowing. Retro, vintage atmosphere that made every moment feel like a still from a movie. Bold red everywhere. A checkerboard dance floor that beckoned from the moment you walked in. Dart Collective keeping the energy locked in all night 🎧 And then — in the middle of all of it — Taylor and Mark dancing with their children 🥹💫 The kind of moment that reminds you what all of this is actually for. Taylor & Mark said “I do” — and then a surprise se Taylor & Mark said “I do” — and then a surprise second line band showed up to lead a parade through downtown Houston 🎷🥁🎺 Taylor & Mark’s outdoor ceremony at Sesquicentennial Park was everything you’d hope for — a gorgeous downtown Houston backdrop and a heartfelt ceremony officiated with such warmth and sincerity by their friend Sean Palmer that honored every bit of the love these two share 💍🤍 And then? The recessional hit different. A surprise second line band burst onto the scene and what followed was pure, unfiltered joy — brass, sax, horns, and drums leading the entire wedding party and guests on a parade through the streets of downtown Houston 🎶✨ Taylor and Mark leading the way with their iconic white and black umbrellas is an image we will never forget 🖤🤍☂️ Sacred. Joyful.
